We don't require accounts, and this site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and help with the transaction you asked about.
• To schedule trippings, valuations, and follow-ups you've requested.
• To keep records that real estate practice and tax rules require us to keep.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. Your details go to the broker handling your inquiry and no further — except where a transaction you're part of requires sharing with a bank, the BIR, a registry, or another party you already know about.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Records tied to completed transactions are retained as long as tax and professional regulations require.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires retention. Email hello@tahanansouth.ph and we'll handle it directly.
